Following our ﬁrst interview, you told me about YOUR objectives. By studying your evaluation questionnaire, I would have advised you this program which will allow you to acquire STRENGTH, ENERGY & PERFORMANCE.
The “CUSTOM” training sessions will be rhythmic and deﬁned on the following basis:
Deep muscle work and/or
Superﬁcial muscular work
The rhythm is to be deﬁned according to your motivation.
Minimum 1 session per week
Minimum commitment of 3 month
