Following our first interview, you told me about YOUR objectives. By studying your evaluation questionnaire, I would have advised you this program which will allow you to acquire STRENGTH, ENERGY & PERFORMANCE.

The “CUSTOM” training sessions will be rhythmic and defined on the following basis:

   Cardio work
   Deep muscle work and/or
   Superficial muscular work
   Posture
   Breathing
   Concentration

The rhythm is to be defined according to your motivation.

Minimum 1 session per week
Minimum commitment of 3 month
