The “CUSTOM” training sessions will be rhythmic and deﬁned on the following basis :
Posture AND deep muscle work
Flexibility Coordination AND balance
The rhythm is to be deﬁned according to your motivation.
Minimum 2 sessions per week
Minimum commitment of 6 months
