Following our first interview, you told me about YOUR objectives. By studying your questionnaire, I would have advised you this program which will allow you to acquire HEALTH, BALANCE, SERENITY & WELL-BEING

The “CUSTOM” training sessions will be rhythmic and defined on the following basis :

   Posture AND deep muscle work
   Flexibility Coordination AND balance
   Breathing
   Concentration

The rhythm is to be defined according to your motivation.

Minimum 2 sessions per week
Minimum commitment of 6 months
